Photoshop error 176, but I can install other aps

I changed the name of the SSD, uninstalled all programs and Cloud. I cleared the registry and appdata. I reinstalled Cloude but still got error 176 when installing Ps. The other applications (Premiere, Reader) were installed without any problems.

Exit code 176 means "Unable to install on a network drive. Select another install location in your preferences and retry installing."

After 4 attempts to uninstall and install it finally succeeded.
