i am having issues copy pasting images in photoshop what should i do ?

I suggest you post in the Photoshop forum. Please include your system and version of Photoshop. And please tell us the problems you face in detail, since most people can copy and paste images OK. If you get any error messages please tell us the mesasge in full.

Hello
I have two versions but it only shows one application icon, so i
would need help with that as well , i have versions 22.4.1 and 21.2.8 and i
have a macbook pro mac os big sur version 11.4

i cant copy paste an image that's already on file and neither any image i
take from elsewhere. I don't get any error message, it just doesn't copy .
if possible a screen sharing session that could go quicker to resolve this
with a online chat ,
