¿Alguien me puede explicar por qué es TAN complicado cancelar las licencias de Adobe que ya no necesito? El chat simplemente no funciona, por correo responden cualquier cosa menos lo que uno pregunta, evaden por completo la solicitud concreta de eliminar la cuenta. y, para rematar, el número telefónico tampoco sirve.
Increíble el nivel de frustración que generan por algo que debería ser un proceso simple y directo.

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are facing. As checked, you have an active Teams contract associated with the Adobe ID you used to post this query. You are also currently in the renewal window. Please follow the steps below to update your licenses:
To update your renewal plan, do the following:
On the Account tab in the Admin Console, click Update plan under Renewal.
Modify the products and number of licenses, and click Continue.
When decreasing the license count:
a. Select the appropriate options and click Continue.
b. If any offer appears, click Accept to use it, then click Continue.
To update your payment method, click Edit.
Review the changes, and click Save Changes.

Please note: Your renewal window opens 30 days before the renewal date, allowing you to make changes.
If you are unable to update the plan, please let us know. You can also contact your account manager for help with this process.
