I'm trying to figure out how to password protect files between licenses on a business account. This is for all applications. I can only find info on Acrobat files. We are using PS, AI and ID and individual users have private files.

I don't understand your question. Sorry. Enterprise & Team accounts have an Admin Console for managing licensed seats.
