Un tiempo atrás contratamos una licencia anual de Adobe. El 10 de dic se hizo el cobro anual nuevamente, pero la persona de diseño ya no está en nuestra empresa tampoco. Lo unico que tengo de información es que el dominio del correo es el mismo de nuestra empresa. ¿A qué correo o con quien puedo escribir para verificar esto?

I reviewed the account that you used to post here and could not find any plans associated with your account. You would have to reach out to your Admin and ask them to contact support for any billing-related queries.

Hi Charles.
Yes, as i mentioned, the email asociated to the account was deleted becase the designer is no longer working with us. I sopose that I know the recovery email, but I just dont know how to change de principal email or to cancel the payment.
Can you confirm with the domain to? We only have one payed account with Adobe
