Programs installed before and whose trial period is over are not licensed with the Adobe Serialization script.
My admin at my university (we have an ETLA contract) ran the Adobe Serialization script in Terminal to license my installed Adobe CC software on my computer (with my Adobe ID). It works for most programs. However, those programs that I installed before and whose trial period is over are not licensed (in my case: Muse, Animate).
- I did a complete reinstall after running the Adobe CC Cleaner tool. No solution.
- I followed the advice at Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications . No solution.
- I contacted Adobe via chat. They recommended to use my university Adobe ID. But we don't have one (we have this ETLA contract) ...
Somehow, the old installation information persists. Any help?
