Hello Everyone,

I created a Bundle of CC Apps for deployment.  When I go to install the applications it installs several pieces of software, then fails and rolls everything back.  When looking at 'PDApp.log' I see the error message specified in the topic.

I can provide the log as well.  Here are some snippets:

Hi

Can you supply some further information?

  • How did you build your package (Creative Cloud Packager or on the Admin Console?)
  • What is in your package?
  • What platform was your package for?
  • Is this a serialized or a named user package?

Check this document for guidance on what logs to check and what to look for in them: Troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud install issues with log files

If your package is for Windows 7 or earlier and contains the application Project Felix it will give an error

.
