I am a Adobe Creative Cloud team member. I have been using the Adobe software with no problem (up until now). Our (or at least my) Creative Cloud account expired and was subsequently renewed / purchased (paid for). I installed the upgraded software but when I load Photoshop or Premiere Pro on my PC it says that I only have a 7-day trial and will need to purchase the software beyond the 7 day. As I said above, however, our Creative Cloud account was just renewed. What's going on here? Can anyone help point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance for your help.
