Hi All,
I am looking in to enterprise capabilities for Adobe products and I am specifically interested in the shared asset libraries feature and the ability to create templates (Creative Cloud libraries). I'm curious as to whether or not you can set editing permissions for assets for a specific group of individuals. I'd like to be able to roll out a motion graphic template to my team, for instance, but control which parameters can be edited and ultimately saved to the shared base asset in the library. I'm trying to guard against two things: 1) brand asset drift in the shared pool of assets (for example, the opacity on a shared logo somehow goes from 60% at roll out to 75% over two freelancers and 6 months); and 2) multiplication of assets (i.e. start with one base logo in a shared library but personalized copies begin to crop up over time). So, is it possible to roll out templates and control who can save what to back to the shared asset library?
It's probably apparent from this post that I haven't spent much time using Teams features and shared libraries. I unfortunately can't troubleshoot any of these features for myself as my organization hasn't purchased enterprise-scale Adobe access yet. I'm hoping to be able to recommend that action to my organization, but I want to make sure I understand some features a bit better before doing that. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated!
