Question on Adobe license details

How can I find out the Adobe purchase order number / date etc for my corporate Acrobat Pro license? Part of the reason to find these details is also to check on upgrade options to the latest version.

Thanks, but I have tried that already before posting this question - that doesn't help as I can see no information except my name and my company name there..
