Hello everyone.

I have some bug with Creative Cloud All Apps. I registered for Teams Trial. My employees need to test a lof of products for their job. But some "System" removes Creative Cloud access from emails. It can be randomly when nobody using programs (even at night). And very often it happens when somebody opens a program (photoshop, premier, lightroom etc - it doesn't matter). Did someone have this situation? What should I do? I wrote to support, but they opend a ticket and told me to wait...
Thanks.

Correct answer SuJoshi

@SuJoshi Hello. Everything is going strangely. I created my account for testing Teams March 8, 2023 10:50 AM. IT was last thurday, I remember. I added my members. Next day, in Friday, "System" begun to remove licences from our emails. Without any reason and totaly random.

Now I entered and I see that all licenses also were removed by this "System" from account.

Trial should be ended after 14 days, March, 22. But it ended yesterday, March, 13.

So, I can't understand what is going on.

@Gorazio I checked with the concerned department and the contract is closed by the legal team due to potential fraud. Kindly purchase a new contract by contacting the Sales team and assign the product to the users accordingly: https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/business/teams.html

EDIT: @Gorazio I overlooked one big update you noted in your reply.

You state that you are on a Teams Trial - but your users are all using personal profiles.

Are you sure you are setup properly in a Teams environment?

https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/add-products-and-licenses.html

You can also contact Adobe via the Admin Console and have them assist with a proper deployment using Teams.

@Kevin Stohlmeyer I'm the IT department) I installed all soft, using Creative Cloud without any problems. Screenshot I did - it's from Admin Panel. It means some System Process on Adobe side is removing only subscriptions on emails. not a soft. It's not a policies on PC/Mac.

In Teams Trial I can add only emails for test. This emails didn't convert into some business profiles. It can be later if we will buy subscription after tests, maybe.

I worte to support in Admin Panel, but they opened a ticket and told me to wait only. But it was in friday. And total it's monday here...

@Gorazio If you are referring to the contract that is linked with your Gmail account, your Team trial already expired on 3/13/2023 and the products are also removed.

Hi @Gorazio it looks like you have some policies running on these machines that is removing the installs, not Adobe. What systems are you using to manage users machines/profiles?

Hi, @Kevin Stohlmeyer It's not a problem with machines and profiles. There are machines with Windows 10/11 and with MacOS. It does'tn matter. Subscription can be cancelled at night, when nobody works. When somebody close program and want to open new one. When trying to use fonts for exemple.

All profiles are personal.

@Gorazio How are you installing the applications? Manually?
