"You no longer have access to all apps"

Hi there

 

I just received an email telling I no longer have access to all apps. But ive been using it the past many months, and I am not sure why it is suddenly saying I no longer have access? 

 

Anyone who has an idea to what is wrong? or is it a bug?

In case you do face problems accessing your apps then you will need to contact support for further help. Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.

Click on the chat icon on the bottom right, and type AGENT to avoid bots and talk to a human.

is the email from adobe or is it an attempted phising attack?

 

are you seeing any problem using adobe apps?

 

and you can check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect, https://accounts.adobe.com
