I have a random reoccuing Adobe charge on my credit card for $29.99/mo. I don't have this charge anywhere in my account. Is there a way to locate where this is coming from without contesting this with my credit card company? It would be a nightmare to cancel my corporate card.
@Morgan390261739kzj For billing it's best to contact support via your admin console Support tab. If you aren't an enterpise customer, contact Adobe Customer Care - log into Adobe.com and click the chat pod bottom right. Type "Agent" to get a real person. Unfortunately this is a user community forum and we cannot access your account details.

Hi @roxanne_8591 ,
It appears there is no active plan associated with the Adobe ID you used to post your query.
If you are part of an active team or enterprise subscription, please ask your organization's administrator to contact Adobe Support through the Admin Console. For guidance, refer to this support article.
For assistance with an individual subscription, please contact Adobe Support directly using this link.
Regards,
AN
