Hi, I'm getting the same hanging issue that max-william encountered once he was able to install the update, but am running macOS Sierra 10.12.6.


CC wasn't allowing access to any of the application until I ran the update. It ran through the update, completed and now is hanging with the loading animation.  I've restarted computer twice and in each case the app will not load beyond this stage and has grayed-out the "Quit" option from menu so I'm unable quit. I'm also unable to access preferences to stop the app from auto loading when I restart. This is using an Enterprise account.


Any thoughts or suggestions would be most appreciated. Mahalo (thanks)!
