Hello. I need to update Dreamweaver from 13.0 to 13.2. I have done so on a different computer, but on my laptop the option to update is missing. Yes, I know 13.2 has been replaced several times, and we should now be using 19.1. However, I must use 13.2 because it is the version used in a class I am taking (the course is not updated, don't ask).

What do I need to do to update 13.0 to 13/2? The update is missing in the Creative Cloud desktop app, and the "updates" under the Help menu in  the program itself doesn't work.

I'm using an Enterprise account, and the tech people on my campus do not know how to solve this, though they successfully installed DW 13.2 on lab computers.

Thanks,

    Hi,

Your IT Admins should have access to the Creative Cloud Packager tool. They can get this from the Admin Console or Licensing Website.

With this they can build a package for this version of Dreamweaver for either serialized use or Named User.

Thanks! I will pass this information along to tech support on my campus.

However, I was able to get the 13.2 update yesterday, after all. What I had to do was "crash" the sales chat because the support chat was not available to Enterprise users. Luckily, after explaining my problem, sales personnel took pity on me and connected me to someone in support. That technician had to remote into my laptop in order to resolve the problem, which he did by opening Task Manager and shutting down all Adobe applications running in the background (I don't even know what some those things are). Then, miraculously, the update option for DW 13.0 (which I had installed) appeared in the list of Adobe apps (in the Adobe CC desktop App).

The technician also recommended the following help pages:

I hope this information will help others who may encounter this situation.
