Is this still the only way to remove unwanted licences? This is very cumbersome and poor customer experience, every other admin panel I use (Microsoft, DropBox, LastPass, etc) allow you to remove licenses with just a few clicks.

      @bigbpi: It depends if you are paying monthly or yearly. Teams.

      At the renewal, you can make adjustments to the number of licenses you have. If you have purchased your Teams membership directly from Adobe.com, you can remove licenses from the Admin Console during the renewal period. 

       

      As mentioned in the previous comments, If the contract was purchased from the reseller then you can contact them and they can help you. Resellers can also use reseller support if they have any doubts. reseller support

      because teams and enterprise licenses are paid in full and not refundable, it makes no sense to cancel a license before the renewal date. ie, you can remove licenses from users but you can't remove from your organization prior to renewal (because there's no benefit to doing so).

      As I understand it, most licenses have a yearly commitment. You can remove licenses from users and they remain in your teams account for other users. You can remove them from your payment plan ONLY in the LAST MONTH before renewal. This is usual but you should check the terms of your own plan.
