My computer broke down and I had to reinstall everything. But the creative cloud won't let me download my apps, even though I have a paid and active account. Can anyone help?

@Antonia29954964vuid You have a subscription with a Business ID.
Could you confirm what plan you see under https://account.adobe.com?

When you try to log in you must choose Company account and after login, you can choose the company name.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

I have a company account. The company is assigning me, to my email, the Creative Cloud, everything is active, but when I go to download each program, it directs me to payment, but the invoices are already paid.So annoying!

I have an account, everything is paid. When trying to download programs like Illustrator and Photoshop, it forces to make a new subscription

what problem do you see?  the apps aren't listed in the cc app, they're listed as trials (not installs) something else?
