remove a license

we have 2 licenses and need to remove one. considering we bought each license at a different time we should have 2 dates to unsubscribe from each license. This isn't the case as there is only one renewal window. who should I contact to solve the matter?

The renewal date for a Subscription remains the same date on which the subscription was purchased initially and remains unaffected with the number of licenses you Add (purchase) in future.

You may as well contact Adobe Cancellation Team by clicking on : https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html for chat or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
