I want to remove my account

Then i recieve the request to remove teammembership

But I can't enter the admin console

 

Help!!

    I would recommend contacting the support team directly by initiating a chat session, click on the chat icon on the bottom right corner of this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html.

    It seems your account is associated with a contract that is expired/deactivated and they would be able to assist you with that.

    do or did you have a team or enterprise subscription?

     

    if yes, are you the team/enterprise admin?
