Renew The License Message When Already Licensed

We have Adobe CC All Apps for teams device licenses installed on 53 Macs with an active subscription that expires in December 2017.  We have 68 licenses total in our subscription (52 are being used).   Ehen we start any of the CC applications (whether logged into the Adobe CC app or not) we get a "Renew the license" message and cannot use the application.  We have deactivated the licenses in our team console, uninstalled Adobe CC and tried reinstalling with a new installation package we created with the Adobe packager and we still get the same message.  We have wiped computers and tried installing CC package and get the same message.  We have created and installed a license package and run that and we still get the same "Renew the license" message.

Any suggestions?

    Hi,

If these licenses have never worked it is possible that there is a problem with the provisioning of the licenses themselves. You will need to contact support who can reach out to the appropriate teams to check this.

Creative Cloud for Teams - from the CCT Admin Console go to the Help tab for chat and phone options.

    Alternatively please Contact Customer Care
