There are 100s of posts like this, I called customer care and they say they state the only support they offer is online in the forums.
Put the serial number in and the requst code in and it states Request Code Invalid.
I can type the request code by hand and even copying and pasting pulls up the same results.
Just looking to use the software that was purchased.

CS6 has not been sold since (as far as I know) 2012
If you did not convert your redemption code to a serial number when you first purchased, it MAY be too late now

Why would one convert a serial number to a redemption code? It makes no mention of a redemption code in the software. Also the serial number is a volume license.

A volume license is ONLY allowed for the original company

We are the original company.
Offline activation worked for one computer. Started it in a new browser for a different desktop it shows invalid serial number. Spoke to customer care on the phone and they stated they see nothing wrong with the serial number and referred us to these forums.

No, John T Smith said convert a redemption code to a serial number.
Also the serial number is a volume license.

Where was it purchased from?
When you buy software through Adobe Buying Programs, you download the software from the LWS. No activation or registration is required. (See Download software and view licensing certificates.)

If you have a serial number you don't need a redemption code according to Adobe employees
https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install/how-do-i-get-a-redemption-code-i-have-the-serial-num...
It wasn't bought directly through Adobe - through a vendor(bidding/contracts/etc). So, activation still applies.

Many/Most support staff read from a script... and the script for CS6 says it is no longer supported
Sorry... nobody here in a public forum is going to be able to solve your problem... the link about volume license activation that Peru Bob provided is as close to support as you will be able to get

Customer Care are not for enterprise support. Use your enterprise support methods.

I don't think Enterprise support will help, either, since this is for Creative Suite 6 and Adobe no longer provides support for it.

To be sure that we all understand the issue here:
Is all that correct?

Pretty much, only thing that may have been glossed over is that it states invalid serial number in the offline activation site, not in the actual software. (Even though we have done offline activation with others earlier in the day) Closed network, actual computer can't go online.

OK, then let's try moving this to the Enterprise & Teams forum, although really what you need to do is talk to Adobe's Enterprise and Team support. This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
You can also try using the information on this page for Enterprise support contact information:
https://helpx.adobe.com/support/programs/enterprise-support-programs.html
My personal suspicion (caveat: I am not an Adobe employee, I could be very wrong) is that you are out of luck. Adobe doesn't support any of the Creative Suites anymore.
