Retrieve files from deleted account (enterprise account)
There are some lightroom stuff that were on my sister's account that i need to access but the account has been deactivated.

The organization manages the Enterprise license/account, and you need an active account with an active license/storage to access the cloud assets (Lightroom files).
If you manage the console, you must add the account and re-assign the enterprise license to access the Lightroom files.
