Hi, the company just purchased and installed Adobe but I realised a former temp opened an Adobe account years ago (therefore she is the Adobe ID, primary owner) with my current e-mail adress. I am trying to change her name to mine. I've managed to amend details but ended up creating a personal account for myself.
How can I change just the name (e-mail address is the same) of the Primary Owner, please? Thanks.
