I just upgraded and can't log in without serial number. I am on deadline and need to send a file to the printer. Help need asap.

Let me try again... Is there a way to bypass the serial number page so I can get my file to the printer tonight, or can it be sent to me?

What product are you using? What file format are you trying to open?
