Hello. I'm having issues with several users (but not all) not seeing their licensed apps in CC. I've tried removing the licenses and adding them again, also instructed the users to log out of CC and log in again. When I add a license to my account it works just fine.
Anyone seen this issue before?

you're the 3rd user (so far) reporting this issue that i've seen in the past 15 minutes. wait 1 day and if the issue persists:
open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.
