Sharing an Adobe CC Library with myself - Same company, same email, different accounts
I have searched for an answer to this issue, but not found a solution yet. I hope I am making myself clear enough for someone to help me out.
I work in a company where I am the owner of an Adobe CC Library, which has been shared globally with several colleagues and the assets are being used in 100s of files over several years.
I recently transfered to another country with the same company. I still have the same email but I now have a 'new' Adobe account, due to the change of country and IT department. I did not expect any issues with this, as it is the same email. But because it is another company that now pays the bills, Adobe treats my change as a 'new' account.
My issue is that I am the owner of the Library on my original account. And I understand how to switch between the accounts. But the original subscription will end, and I am not allowed to add my new Adobe account (same email) as an editor because 'I already have access' with the email. And I cannot remove myself because I am the owner. It does not matter if my original account is active or not.
At first I exported the Library, and added it manually to my new Adobe account. But that broke all links in my documents, and made a mess when collaborating with colleagues. So that did not work. And this means that I cannot just share the exported Library with colleagues, as everyone will have to relink all links.
I then created a 'Shared Link' (Share - with permission to 'Allow Save to Creative Cloud' and 'Allow Follow') to connect the Library to my new account. But it is not possible to become an editor this way. So at this point this is the best option for my team, but it is very impractical that I am losing the ability to maintain the Library and manage the users. And using a link is impractical for having an overview of users.
TLDR;
I have 1 email. It is attached to 2 Adobe Accounts, and I am trying to give myself editor access to an Adobe CC Library that I am the owner of.
