sharing creative cloud

My organisation has a paid for licence for the Creative Cloud - not sure how many apps BUT
I need to look at/view only some of the saved/stored content.
We do not have an administrator for the app so
First: how can I link my email address to it to allow me to log in?
I guess there is a training video so a link to that might be useful?
