We are a Qld based company and due to shuffling in the team, we have lost all the login details for Adobe.
Can someone help in recovring account.
That is a question for Adobe support, no one here can help you with this. At best scammers would be find you, be warned and don't correspond with anyone who contacts you regarding this. Now with this out of the way, do you have a teams/enterprise account or individual accounts. If it's individual accounts then I think the problem may be bit more serious. In anycase, support is the only one who can say for sure on how to proceed further.
If you have an enterprise/teams subscription then you can contact support via Admin Console
Navigate to Adobe Admin Console > Support
For Personal account, login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
Type AGENT to avoid bots and talk to a human.
