Since the Update to CC17 two Apps run on test version

We have a machine license for 100 devices. (Education Team license). Since the update to cc17, all programs run, except for Illustrator and Audition. New registration and removal of the license and new distribution brings nothing. Solution? And the packager is no longer present in the administration console.

Anyone a viable idea?

Problem solved by the Adobe Hotline. With the ccp Launcher we create a new License Package and removed and create new licenses. Now it works.

    Thanks.

Are your users signing in or are you using Device Licenses?

If signing in please try the following:

    1. The opm.db file contains cached user login information and deleting this file is a useful troubleshooting step. Once deleted a fresh file will be automatically created when you launch Creative Cloud and log back in.
    1. Close the Creative Cloud application.
    2. Navigate to the OOBE folder.
      Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
      Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
    3. Delete the opm.db file.
    4. Launch Creative Cloud.

Creative Cloud Packager should now be available from your portal.
