Student Digital Search
I am a IT Director for a CTE High School that uses Adobe products in several labs. We have over 200 students who use the various products we license. Our students take a NOCTI exam which is a national test to prove their competency in their CTE program. Students were recently accused of stealing digital content from this exam. I attempted to search the contents of their Adobe Creative Cloud folder from the Admin Center and was told I cannot even look at the content in their folder. I can do this with other cloud products (Microsoft, Google, etc). I was told the only way I could access it is to have the user logon or the person would be gone and I would take control of their files. This is a severe issue as I do not want to create large panic by inquiring the entire class nor do I want to delete and recreate a bunch of accounts. A lot of new school code language coming dictates that certain people in a school need to be able to reasonably digitally search content and this is a MAJOR flaw with Adobe Cloud if it cannot be done.
