Student Discount

Hello,

I attempted to purchase my license for Adobe CC using my student email as I just started school. There was a Black Friday offer for students for only $15.99 a month. It stated that I must enter the school I am attending to get the discount. However, when I went to purchase, it was charging me the full monthly price without asking which school I attended. I used my school email thinking maybe I would get an email about signing up for the discount, but nothing. I attempted to contact Adobe through the chat, but it seems like nobody is home and I have attempted four different times. How can I fix this?

Thanks!

The best way forward right now would be to contact Support. https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html. The queues may have been longer resulting in a longer wait than usual.

If you purchased at a non-discounted rate, it may be best to cancel that within the 7-day trial period, to reduce complications later. And you may still be able to grab the special pricing during the Cyber Monday special at https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/plans.html
