Hello all,

I have had in the past subscription with adobe - that has ended over a year now. Recently as I am a student I got a full access plan from my uni. When I open adobe from the website it shows all the apps that are included in my plan for free but when I open the desktop application it does ask me to pay. I have deleted, or at least I believe I have, all the previous files and the applications but still I have the same issue.

Also I did try to download an application from the website but for some reason it comes up a message "Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid."  not sure how to fix that either.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you,

Dimitra
