Hi, I graduated last year but still had access to my student account till 1 April 2023. I had no idea when my account will be deactivated.

Can I still transfer my assets on my student account to a new personal account?

@Lida292654312mit The student account is managed by the University/College. If you still have access to the account and the license is also active, I recommend downloading the files locally on the device and then uploading them under your personal profile.

Hi, thank you so much for replying. I do not have access to account anymore. I tried signing in and doing the migration but I unfortunaly don't have access to the account anymore.

I would recommend contacting your University/College and checking if they can give temporary access to the account (if the account is partially deleted) and licenses as it is completely managed by them.
