Hi I'm a student and I went through the process to redeem Substance, I got my redemption code and redeemed it, but when I go to download it still says request access and I don't know how to fix this. I also got an email saying I now have an additional student substance plan but when I go to my account it doesn't show up in the plans tab

I suppose you have the free Substance student plan?
You need to be signed into the account you used to redeem you redemption code. If that is the case, the free subscription should apear on https//account.adobe.com/plans. If you have trouble with this, contact Adobe support. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
