Add support for an identity provider initiated single sign-on request.
Use story: As a user, I navigate to myapps.microsoft.com. I click on the Adobe Creative Cloud shortcut which my administrator has configured as an idP using SAML. The shortcut initiates the the single sign-on request to Adobe and subsequently redirects me to the Adobe.com website as a logged in user.

Hi @Brad__ . Sounds like you're authenticating in the browser and not in the Creative Cloud desktop app. Adobe does support authentication via the organization's IdP. Have your enterprise admin reach out to Support or the account rep.

@Kalvyn Rasquinha this request is off the back of a support request I have with Adobe, in which I was told it is not supported. Feel free to review case #E-000955196.

We upgraded Adobe from Teams to Enterprise for SSO and we have the same issue. Users can login to other Entra ID integrated apps with a single click from Microsoft myapps portal. Adobe is the only app that redirects users to the Adobe login page, where users need to sign in again to thier Microsoft account. Is it possible to fix this?

We have the same problem. We have an internal portal from which we link to all apps of our organization. When logged in on our portal all linked apps would be only one click away and you will be logged in on all of these apps.
Only Adobe doesn't support this feature.
If you won't support the IdP initated SSO, than please make a possibility to create a URL that sets the e-Mail from the user, so that the authentication-process for the users will be more automatic.
Thanks in advance!

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
