sync hangs

 the synchronization in lightroom hangs while there are no photos in the queue, I have already tried everything such as reinstalling and deleting folder in my images

Hey, @erwinv16705151. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. Thanks for sharing the screenshot. I'll help you figure this out. 

 

Did you import the images in Lightroom on the same laptop or use Lightroom on another device to sync images? 

You can log in to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3uv2zCA) and look for the Sync Issues category near the Deleted section on the left part of the screen. If there are any Sync issues, ensure you have a backup of these images; you can clear them out & delete them from the deleted section. 

 

After this change, let Lightroom sync for a while & check if the sync works as expected.
