Team Plan Restrictions

To be clear, each license you buy under the team plan is a single unsharable license for just one person. It is not for sharing with staff or colleagues. It is not even for setting up a shared computer in a team setting. If a person leaves their license can be reclaimed by the team's administrator and assigned to a new person. (This is why it is suitable for business: standard non-team licenses belong only to the individual and cannot be reclaimed or cancelled or transferred by the company).
