Teams or Enterprise? How do I find out?

How can I find out if my firm falls under “Creative Cloud for Teams” or “Creative Cloud for Enterprises” category.

Thanks for the response.  I found the answer through our vendor.  We have a subscription but no where I could this info., my vendor came back and said we are "VIP Teams".
