Ability, I surely understand that you are looking to remove licenses and I will assist you with that however even if I go and make the changes you will still be paying for the rest of the licenses that you'd be continuing however if you just continue with all the licenses for time being I can take all the billings away as I will be assisting you with credit of 90 days.

I would suggest take the  offer explore your options and then later on decide how to proceed with the licenses as with this offer you would  not be charged until 22 May 2024, which is far ahead from now
