Time Frame for Approval for or Students & Teachers in campuses impacted by COVID-19

I submitted the form for our campus to have the free Adobe CC due to the impact of COVID-19.  I submitted the form on Friday (3/13) and have not received notification of approval or it being enabled.  We started ALL ONLINE classes today - what is the timeframe for having this approved/enabled.  When I submitted it, it stated it could take up to 7 days..  Is this correct?

We're trying to get this turned around as soon as possible and teams are working to get everyone enabled as quickly as possible. We'll let you know once your request has been successfully processed.

 

In the meatime, you can complete the task of adding users to the Admin Console. However, hold-off from notifying the users as they won't have licenses right away as they will see Try or Buy options right now. If users have already installed the apps, they'll need to sign out and sign back in after the confirmation.
