Track CC Library

I am an admin of CC Library. I sometimes update the library, but somehow my update dissapeared and the library went back to the previous version. I am gussing some users don't sync properly, which may have cased this issue. I need to learn how to monitor activity in CC Library. Is there any function of activity monitor or version history?
