Hi, I have an Enterprise account with 1TB storage but for some reason I can't get Lightroom CC to recognize my account. It just keeps saying my trial has ended. (I have tried signing out and signing back in and checked the host file). Any help would be appreciated.

The Lightroom CC service is disabled by the IT admin. Kindly contact your internal IT to enable the option which will allow you to access the application.

I have spoken with my IT admin. They double checked and they said the option isn't disabled. I've uninstalled everything, including running the cloud cleaner to get rid of any background apps, rebooted the machine and then tried downloading just creative cloud and Lightroom CC. I still get the "your trial has ended". When I click "buy now" it tells me "Lightroom is ready for use" but still shows the same trial ended error and won't let me use any of the features.

I also have tried clearing the host files via the Limited Access Repair tool as well as manually checking the host file (there was nothing on it relating to Adobe).

I also have had my IT admin remove my license and then add me, which also didn't work.
