Today I 'migrated' my adobe from a school account to a personal account, which I assumed would include all indesign, photoshop, etc files from university within the migration that I had created under this discounted school account.
I was informed by the Uni that I needed to use the migration system to move everything into a seperate personal account by the 30th as to not lose anything (important files in there!)
I did the process as instructed and when opening the 'personal' adobe account that I asked for it to be migrated to, all that shows up as having been migrated is one icloud document from ages ago, nothing else.
It is SO hard to find any way to contact Adobe directly, so I wondered if anyone else had a solution for this as I am now under time pressure to get everything backed up before the 30th.
Please go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign into your Adobe account first) and only ask to have your activations reset: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window. Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.
