Hi,
Today I 'migrated' my adobe from a school account to a personal account, which I assumed would include all indesign, photoshop, etc files from university within the migration that I had created under this discounted school account.
I was informed by the Uni that I needed to use the migration system to move everything into a seperate personal account by the 30th as to not lose anything (important files in there!)
I did the process as instructed and when opening the 'personal' adobe account that I asked for it to be migrated to, all that shows up as having been migrated is one icloud document from ages ago, nothing else.
It is SO hard to find any way to contact Adobe directly, so I wondered if anyone else had a solution for this as I am now under time pressure to get everything backed up before the 30th.
Thank you ! 🙂
Hey
I searched google for Adobe Contact and came up with this
https://www.adobe.com/ie/about-adobe/contact.html
There's a chat icon and everything.
As this is a matter related to your account I will have to lock the thread.
This is a user to user forum with some interaction from Adobe Staff.
If you cannot get any help using the Contact page please contact me directly and I will see if I can get an Adobe staff member to contact you.
Thanks

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign into your Adobe account first) and only ask to have your activations reset:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.
You may also be able to contact Adobe by phone:
