We have had Adobe Experience Manager since 2017 and have posted lots of DayCare tickets over time. I recently noticed that using the support portal via https://adminconsole.adobe.com/ I can only see closed cases back to July 31, 2020 (basically a year back). Does anyone know how to access older tickets? Am I missing something obvious on this site? I would like to avoid opening a case to try to locate my company's old cases.

Except for nostalgic reasons, I would not need to look into those cases, however.
