Unable to cancel InCopy but admin unable to see InCopy on their Admin Console

I've seen several posts about this topic, but none of them were able to help with my specific situation.

I have a subscription to InCopy that I pay for, that I would like to cancel. As others have noted, because I ALSO have access to Adobe for Enterprise through my school board, I am unable to manage ANY of my apps/products/subscriptions, including the one I am personally paying for.

I contacted my admin last week about this error. They are unable to help, because my InCopy subscription does not show in the Admin Console. Essentially, I am unable to see or modify my InCopy subscription in any way, and my admin is also unable to see or modify my InCopy subscription. However, I am still being billed for it. I have learned my lesson about not using my school email address to purchase any personal subscriptions to any Adobe products, but I need to find a way to cancel the subscription I'm currently locked into. I have been wading through the forums and Adobe help pages for a week trying to find a solution.

Thank you so much!

Hi @megan_6592

I reviewed your account using the email you used to post here and couldn't find any InCopy subscription. I can only see the Adobe Creative Cloud enterprise subscription from your school registered on it.

The InCopy subscription could be associated with your other email address. Please share the different email address with me in a personal message. To learn how to send a personal message, see https://adobe.ly/3FQQtJI.

Note: Do not share your email address on the post, as this is a public forum accessible to all, and your personal information can be misused.

Thanks,

^BS

I appreciate your reply. I checked my other accounts and realized that I had separately signed into Adobe directly, and used Google sign-in, using the same address. Once I signed in directly using my email address, I was able to switch to my personal account that the InCopy subscription was linked to, and manage the subscription from there. Thank you so much for your assistance!
