I hope someone from Adobe is listening, this is disgraceful customer service...
Does anyone else experience issues when trying to cancel Team subscription during renewal window? Following the correct cancellation process, I contacted Adobe Customer Services over the phone 3 times so far over the last 9 days and each time I was re-assured the subrcription will be cancelled hrs and confirmation email will be sent within 48-72 .
However, after each of these 're-assurances' the subscription continues to be active. After the first one, the subscription was renewed for a lower number of licences instead of completely cancelled. After the second and the third calls, nothing happens, as if I have never called!
During each call I am being offerred discounts and other products which are not needed.
I want to simply cancel the entire subscription, it shouln't be that difficult, should it?
