Unable to delete a license

hi, I have asked my dealer several times to delete a wrong purchase of a license as I own the creative cliud that includes that application.

is it possible to delete this purchase?

Hallo

I have the same problem. I was added to the Adobe Cloud Account. Because an other employee is out due to illness. But now I see we have two licences, but we only need one. 

So is it possible to delete the other account? Because I am not able to.

Hello,

I can see that the Illustrator subscription is already in closed status on your Adobe ID. You can log in to https://account.adobe.com/?lang=en and go to My plans and verify if you still see Illustrator subscription.

 

If you have purchased the subscription on a different email address on your own then you can cancel it yourself (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html)

Hi there, 

 

3DS Max is not an Adobe product, you will have to contact Autodesk for the cancellation of the purchase.
