Unable to edit user names in Admin portal

For about the last month I have been unable to edit user names in Admin portal.  Looks like Adobe has carried out some form of data migration, modified a load of my user names during the process and now disabled the ability to change them back to what they were.

 

Anyone know of a way around this? ...or a way to contact Adobe to get them to revert the changes?

Hi Mike,

 

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

 

Please follow the steps below to update the user names:

 

1)In the Admin Console, navigate to Users > Users.

2)From the list of users, click the name of a user. Ensure the hyperlink on the name is highlighted.

3)(Not available for Business ID type users) In the User Details section, click Edit user profile.

The Edit user profile option is not available for Business ID type users. This means, that these users will need to update their profiles here. For more, see how to Update your account profile.
