Unable to install Adobe CC

I'm unable to install Adobe CC on Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise 10.0.17763.
I get stuck on "Check your browser" step. The browser openes and says I'm logged in and that I should close it.
The "Check your browser" is still there. Also nothing happens when I click "Sign in here" as a last resort.

Support was unable to help. Concidering to cancel my plan since I can't install the application I'm paying for.

I have this exact problem.

- Windows 10 1903
- I've attempted an install on two separate devices, a desktop & a laptop with the same result.
- I've attempted an install with (4) separate browsers (FireFox, Chrome, Edge, & IE) set as the default. All the most recent versions and fully updated as of December 2019.
- I've attempted the install on two separate networks (the corporate network and my home connection via Comcast) with the same results.
I would dearly love a solution to this problem.

Does your computer user profile have full administrative level permissions to install software?

If not, you should contact your IT Admin for help.

It's been a while since I installed the Creative Cloud Desktop App, i've done updates but not a complete install, and I don't remember a Browser step.

You are asking about the CC desktop app. Can you show us a screen shot of the part you are stuck on. Please use the Insert Photos icon in the tool bar to include the screen shot.
