Unable to install Creative Cloud on Windows 11

Hi,

I am having been trying for days to get Adobe creative cloud to install on our new set of machines (Windows 11), I have downloaded the 64 bit and the 32 bit installer from the admin console but I have been unable to get it to install either via double clicking the msi or setup.exe or via command line, they all just start then fail and roll back.

 

I don't know if it's the firewall or another issue that is causing it to faile, but I don't get any indication or error on the screen other than see the install roll back.

Below is my PDApp.log which just says [FATAL]  Failed to find ASU folder in package

Was there ever a solution to this?  We are having the same problem with brand new machines using Windows 11.  We have tried multiple different machines.  We've tried using the MSI and the EXE.  We've tried as dynamic administrator, local user, etc.  Please advise.

@Chris28200022yet2 Could you try copying the package on desktop and then try to run the exe as an admin. 

You can also try creating a ne package with one or two apps. Copy the zip folder on Desktop . Extract and run the exe as admin.

Yeah that didn't help, I have rebooted multiple times and made sure that no other install is running tried it on several machines, tried running the adobe uninstaller, but I just keep getting "Failed to get value for conflicting processes..."

there are conflicting processes errors.  restart the computers and retry installing.

I have restarted, I have tried it on several PC's, It is a brand new install straight out of the box. How do I find our what is conflicting with the install?

conflicting processes usually mean there's another installation running (or more typically, hanging).
